Anna Elizabeth Wakeman
Hi, I’m Anna! Welcome to my blog.
I’ve set this up to track my journey with my CPAP machine, and talk about my Sleep Apnoea in general. It’s both a way for me to process things, as well as (hopefully) a way to reach out to people going through it too.
My original diagnosis came way back in 2010, however at that point my events-per-hour was low enough to be considered mild. It hit severe in 2022, and now here we are. Me, my temperamental airway, and my CPAP.
I’ve called him Henry.
Outside of needing Continuous Positive Airway Pressure therapy (that’s what CPAP stands for, just so you know), I enjoy theatre, comedy, and playing D&D with my friends.
All these things are kind of linked, I’m aware.
Maybe being more rested will mean I’m able to branch out a little.
I can’t wait :)
