it's been a whole year since i spent over 5 hours telling this one, in intricate detail, about every single time i've broken someone's heart and what lead me to end up doing so. a warning she wholeheartedly ignored. thanks for doing that &hearts;️✨

I've known I have sleep apnoea for over a decade, and always knew it'd get worse gradually over time and eventually I'd need a machine to help me breathe properly when I sleep.

And I guess that time is now! Meet my CPAP m

So, after 11 years, next week is my last week at Radley London.

Wild.

I have no idea what to say - I think I've been through every emotion imaginable over the last decade... and then all of them again over the last few weeks.
